PISKE+PARTNER is an office for architecture and urban design, established in 1978 and situated in Germany (near Cologne). We work for private investment clients and project developers. Our main philosophy is to cover the project development process from scratch and to cater for urban design aspects as well as for the construction project itself. We offer our clients more than the typical architectural scope of work.

Our services include cost consultancy and CAD animation and visualisation. Our contacts to well known, noted investors and developers in Germany, England and USA help our clients in an early phase of the project to estimate all relevant aspects of realization.

INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE BUILDINGS

• European Haedquarter for Visteon with 21.000 sqm office, lab, canteen in Kerpen (Germany) - finished
• Volkswagen supplier park in Emden near VW Passat plant with 80.000 sqm production hall in Emden (Germany) - under constr.
• Businesspark Böblingen with Hewlett-Packard Haedquarter (35.000 sqm) and communication center (7.000 sqm) - finished

LEISURE, HOTELS, SPORT (AND COMBINED MULTI-FUNKTIONAL BUILDINGS)

• Vitalis-Park (hotel, boarding-house, wellness + medical center and 250 appartments) near Malaga (Spain) - under construction
• Club-Hotel with villas, appt., golf and marina, South Peleponnese (Greece) - short before contracts
• AutoVision Concept (hotel, flexible office + lab space, conference center, nursery, health center) 24.000 sqm for Volkswagen in Emden (Germany) - planning phase completed
• Michael Schumacher Cart Center with restaurants (1997), architecture by Piske + Partner, turnkey project constructed by our subsidiary company Projekt 1A , additional hotel in 2002, Kerpen (Germany)
