A residential park was designed on the site of a former valve manufacturing factory. The former industrial halls, which are protected as historic monuments and feature brick construction with characteristic barrel roofs, are being completely converted into loft apartments. The open spaces within the spacious site are designated for the construction of urban villas. In total, 20 residential units are planned within the historic buildings, while the 16 new buildings will provide 140 residential units.
