Technology Center

This commercial park near the city of Kerpen (population 60,000), located between Cologne and Aachen, is one of the first projects developed in collaboration with François Gauthier, Paris. With a total site area of approximately 360,000 sqm and 220,000 sqm of developable space, it represents a major urban development project. The infrastructure works, including roads and drainage systems, have been completed, while further realization in individual construction phases is ongoing.

Our office initially developed the master plan and zoning plan and, in collaboration with specialist engineers, the infrastructure planning for the site. Following the development works, two office and service buildings with square floor plans, as well as a hall with a service area and adjoining office building, were constructed. Additional larger office and service buildings are currently in the planning stage.
